Fish couldn't be fresher and so delicious.

Beautiful, well-kept area, absolutely idyllic. Very nicely furnished. Large selection of fresh fish, cold and hot dishes. Freshly prepared with love, excellent in taste. Good hygiene concept. To recommend!

Insanely good food, intensely priced, but worth every penny. Self-service because of the covid-19 regulation, but that is currently normal! Staff very nice. But would recommend a reservation.

Good range of fish dishes with a relaxing view. At least enough space in the afternoon. Parking is also unproblematic. However, the current diversion is not so easy to understand.

Very tasty food and very nice staff. If you want to eat outside in the evening, make a reservation on the terrace. You sit great in the lower area on the lake shore, but when the sun goes down the mosquitoes eat you up and because of the lack of lighting you can't see what you are eating.

Update from 21.9.2020: Service quite unfriendly and unprofessional so it is not that easy to spend money there. They refused to take further orders because I ordered to much, what a joke. So the food and location is good, but the overall experience not that enjoyable.

Very nicely situated location with very pleasant offers for lunch and to linger. Very nice staff, very well-regulated hygiene concept. Sitting outside and paying with an EC card is possible! Right on the backwater with a fantastic view, thank you. September 2020!

We ate very well. Every dish is freshly prepared. And even if it is actually a snack, some restaurants can learn a thing or two about it. The service is friendly and all with a fantastic view of the lake 😍. We would love to come back.

Very nice self-service restaurant. You can also sit comfortably outside. There are also nice beach chairs. The beach is right in front of the restaurant. But I think it's a shame that after 6 p.m. you can't have anything packed home with you. Hence a star deduction. Relaxed atmosphere from the first minute. (despite Corona madness) Top view from the terrace. We hardly noticed other guests even though it was full. The selection of dishes exactly met our taste. Everything was very clean and the service was just great. Keep it up and praise the whole team

The location is great, even during Corona times there is a lot of space outside. The staff friendly also to our Labrador. The ordering process is uncomplicated, as is usual with SB.

Easily accessible by bike from the three imperial baths Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck. The fish restaurant is excellent, the view of the backwater is worth seeing. You can also borrow various water sports vehicles (what a word!) From the fish restaurant next door.

The meal tonight was excellent. Had the grill plate, the king prawns with wild garlic spaghetti. We were so satisfied that we reserved a table for tomorrow. The fish is freshly prepared, special requests are catered for and the service is extremely friendly. The location is very nice and the weather made us have a wonderful sunset. The food was prepared quickly even though the restaurant was very busy.

We spontaneously rode our bikes to the Fish Palace and were immediately impressed by the beautiful location. There is currently a self-condition, certainly because of corona, but that is not bad. The price-performance ratio also matches the portions. We liked it very much we will be back.

A very pleasant restaurant with a view of the backwater. There is ample parking space. It's also easy to get to by bike. Very nice outdoor area close to the water and the small harbor. A playground is in the immediate vicinity. Definitely again!

Good food, friendly staff. Huge selection of fresh fish, shellfish, and side dishes. Beer selection was limited but good wines to choose from. Dessert was delicious (berries in vanilla sauce). The views and sunset really make this a great destination to have dinner.

The positive first: the location. You sit really wonderfully idyllic with a view of the lake. Children can spend time on the water or in the playground and the rest can relax on the shores of the lake. The selection of dishes on the menu is quite decent, of course mostly fish. But that's what the name says. Parking spaces are available on site and in front of the location. Now to the negative points. Since there is no operation here, long queues must be expected at peak times. It may be that you have to wait in line for half an hour before you can order your meal. After ordering, our meal was ready in about 10 minutes and could be picked up inside. In terms of taste, we had hoped for more. The vegetables were very soft, the fried potatoes very greasy, the rest not well seasoned. We would come again because of the great location. Then just eat a little something and enjoy a wine or beer with a view.

We, 3 people were on December 30th. on site. Booked the day before and that was a good thing. Shortly after 12 the entire small restaurant was already full and almost all of the tables were reserved so that walk-in customers who had not reserved were not given a table. Some were really upset about it. This diverse range of fresh fish and seafood is awesome. We were thrilled, the displays are immediately labeled with the corresponding dishes on the menu. The order at the counter was quick, provided you know what you want. The preparation of the dishes went very quickly and you could watch it, great. Friendly cooks, when I picked up the food I was told again what was on every plate. I thought it was very nice. A super clean pretty location, because self-service doesn't matter. We will come back in summer, we really enjoyed it. Many thanks to the entire team.

Food, beer and relax as you need

Only the best fish specialties come here on the table. Perfectly prepared and in an unbelievably idyllic ambience it can live here really well. A playground for the little ones, as well as the water and the meadow, cozy beach chairs for the end in the evening, benches, cool drinks and of course first and foremost an excellent meal. Excellent for staying.

Just right for those who like to eat good fish! You choose the food, ordered it in the restaurant, paid and pick it up when it's ready. Superbly located, overlooking the lake. There are radiant heaters in the ceiling of the terrace, so you can sit outside when the sun does not seem so strong. The food was very tasty!

Great for families but not for people that don't eat fish...
